Pool Opening Services

  • Includes blowing off deck, cover and around equipment
  • Lubing cover anchors and recessing in deck
  • Cover removal, fold and store.
  • Skim and brush
  • Remove all winterization plugs
  • Reattach fittings if present
  • Setup pool cleaner if present
  • Inspect and unwinterize equipment
  • Add opening chemicals
  • Prime system
  • Inspect pool for proper circulation and equipment operation
  • Add filter media as needed

Pool Closing Services

  • Includes blowing off deck, with 10 - 15 minutes of debris removal with skimmer net. Vacuum not included
  • Remove, clean and stow pool cleaner
  • Lower water level if needed
  • Disassemble and complete cleaning and inspection of filter
  • Blow out all lines and equipment thoroughly with a high volume blower
  • Place bottles in skimmers. Bio-Friendly Anti-Freeze used as needed
  • All closing chemicals include stain and scale prevention, metal-out and long lasting borate floater that minimizes damage to pool cover
  • Raise cover anchors. Includes Cover attachment and placement of tarp and water bags respectively
  • Placement of cover pump if made accessible
